10 Bands 10 Minutes: Michael Jackson set for Kazimier new year party

Merseyside music’s super-fun 10 Bands 10 Minutes series continues with a tribute night to the King of Pop in January.

Michael Jackson is set to make an appearance at the Kazimier on Saturday January 25.
The hugely popular Merseyside music staple, 10 Bands 10 Minutes are set to breathe new life into the King Of Pop’s back catalogue when a new ensemble of the region’s artists cover Jacko’s classics.
Following recent 10 Bands… of Fleetwood Mac, Bowie and Blondie it’ll be fascinating to see who’s set to moonwalk across the Kazimier‘s dancefloor.
Details are under wraps for now but Getintothis would love to see Esco Williams taking on Rock With You or perhaps Outfit tripping their way through Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’.
Or how about Taylor Fowlis laying down a beautiful version of Man In The Mirror, All We Are grooving their way through Don’t Stop ’til You Get Enough or MiC LOWRY covering I Want You Back?
Surely it’s not too much to ask for The Tea Street Band covering Earth Song?
Whatever the case, it’s bound to be a thriller…
Oh, and while we’re at it, this also provides us with the opportune chance to share with you once again the gallery of fantastically ridiculous Michael Jackson statues.
